As soon as possible! It is never too early to start looking for your gown. On average it takes 6 months for your gown to arrive in our store and 2 months to ensure proper fitting for your special day.

In order to maintain the cleanliness and wear-ability of our gowns, we kindly ask that all our guests remove their outdoor shoes before entering the bridal floor. Slippers are on hand for your convenience. We also suggest bringing a pair of comfortable slippers from home or a fresh pair of socks to make your experience all the more enjoyable.

There is no refund on the deposit or exchange of a special order. Please call for additional information.

Yes, appointments are required to ensure that you receive our undivided attention to help you choose your dream dress.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the appointment starting time for a full refund.

 

The AV Bridal team is here to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during our peak times. These appointments are reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 Hour notice for cancellations. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive our service.

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our AV Bridal team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. AV Bridal policies are presented and provided to enable us to serve all of our customers in a professional and timely manner. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policy criteria.

We have a wide range of different gowns to fit everyone’s needs. Dresses can start from $1500 and up to $8000+. Our average price range is around $2500.
